Ms. Bertani has solid experience drafting, prosecuting and managing patent and trademark submissions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, evaluating intellectual property-related proprietary rights agreements, and preparing strategic documentation regarding the disposition and enforcement of intellectual property assets. Ms. Bertani also has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation.  She has substantial experience designing and conducting protocols and managing related documentation for assessing pharmaceutical test products, as well as evaluating medical and scientific trends involving product liability litigation.  She also has strong oral presentation experience in judicial, administrative, and public settings.
